The filters are cleaned individually with a reverse pulse of compressed air. The reverse pulse is automatically actuated using a programmable timer board and solenoid valve system. It can be used at any time to increase air flow during dust collector operation or after shut down. It is equipped with an acoustical dampening package that will meet or exceed all noise level requirements per OSHA specifications.<\/p>\n The vertical placement of filters allow for the best possible release and removal of dust from the pleated filters with one reverse pulse. Each filter is cleaned individually on this unit. It has two 99.7 % efficient cartridges that contain 452 <\/strong>square feet of total cleaning surface area. Each 26 inch long and 12.75 inch diameter filter cartridge has pleats that are 2.375 inches deep. The center opening of the filter is 8 inches in diameter and is open on both ends before installation.<\/p>\n Currently, it is offered with a 2 hp, (208v – 230v \/ 460v) 3 phase TEFC motor as standard equipment (7 – 6 \/ 4 amps). It is also available with a 2 hp, 230 volt – 11 amp, TEFC single phase input. The approximate dimension of this collector is 11 ft. high, 3 ft. wide and 3 ft. deep. It is pictured with 55 gallon drum lift kit as standard equipment and is palletized for ltl shipment.<\/p>\n Our VFD electrical package is included with this unit.
